Amus College School has emerged as a dominant force, storming into the knockout stage with a convincing 7-0 win over MarryHill in their second group game.

The Kacumbala side has been impressive, scoring a record 18 goals in the tournament so far and yet to concede.

Their qualification to the knockout stage was sealed after their 11-0 thrashing of Gadafi Integrated Academy in the group opener.

Defending champions Kawempe Muslim SS has also qualified for the round of 32, despite playing only one game.

Their 10-0 win over Katikamu SDA in day one was enough to book their spot in the knockout stage, with a game to play against Jinja Comprehensive.

St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana, the 2022 champions, has also qualified for the knockout stage with one game to spare.

They secured a narrow 1-0 win over Lammenais, courtesy of Patricia Nayiga’s highly contested goal. St. Noa will face Highway Kiganda in their last group game.

Rines SS has sealed a knockout slot with six points and a game in hand, after beating Kobwin SS 2-0.

Harimah Mupyanga and Justine Ayerango scored the goals for Rines.

Uganda Martyrs High School has also qualified for the round of 16, after easing past Latifah Mixed SS 1-0, following their 6-1 win over Masindi Army SS.
