St. Noa Girls Secondary School–Zana will lock horns with Amus College School in a compelling finale of the CAF Schools U15 qualifiers, after both sides delivered composed and clinical performances in their respective semi-final fixtures.
Amus College School underlined their pedigree with a commanding 2-0 victory over defending champions Kawempe Muslim Secondary School.
Linet Auma and Loyce Adetti were on target, each finding the back of the net to seal a deserved triumph and end Kawempe’s title defence.
In the other semi-final, St. Noa Girls Secondary School–Zana edged Uganda Martyrs High School–Lubaga in a tightly contested encounter.
Salome Iteritrka emerged as the match-winner, netting the solitary goal to propel her side into the final.
The two finalists are no strangers to each other, having progressed from Group B, where St. Noa finished top while Amus advanced as runners-up.
In Group A, Kawempe Muslim led the standings with seven points, closely followed by Uganda Martyrs with six.
As they head into the decisive clash, both schools will be targeting a return to familiar territory on the regional stage.
St. Noa carry the pedigree of former champions, having clinched the 2024 CECAFA Schools title before finishing as runners-up at the continental level after falling to hosts Ghana in the final.
Amus College School, on the other hand, boast a rich history in the competition, having won the inaugural national edition in Njeru.
They later secured a bronze medal at the CECAFA level, underlining their consistency on the big stage.
