National and Wakiso Region first runners up Rines Secondary School have registered their first win against Amus College at the ongoing 21st Federation of East Africa Schools Sports Association (FEASSA).

In the FEASSA debut tie, Patricia Nakato Nanyanzi converted a well struck free kick from 18 yards to send Rines SS into a1-0 lead after 45 minutes of play.

Shortly in the 55th minute, immaculate Odalu extended to lead to 2-0 with a tap in off a Prisca Justine Ayerango cut in inside the area.

This is Rines SS first win at the championship in one outing.

Meanwhile, co-host Amus College School have lost their second consecutive game at the championship.

Yesterday, they lost their first encounter 2-0 to Butere Girls Secondary School of Kenya during their 2024 FEASSA Girls football opening fixture.

A brace from Angela joy Valencia sealed a convincing 2-0 win for Kenya’s Butere at Amus College School grounds.

Rines SS will battle Butere Girls Secondary School of Kenya who comfortably won 2-0 against Amus College in their opener.

Meanwhile, Amus College School will face off with Tanzania’s Alliance Secondary School who drew against GS Rwemera Rukoma in the first game.
