It was a great outing for Ugandan Netball sides as they ran riots over their East African counterparts at match day one at the ongoing Federation of East African Secondary Schools Sports.

Buddo SS set the pace early morning at Bukedea Primary School playground winning 43- 39 against Oyugi Ogango Girls of Kenya.

In the day’s second tie, Kawanda SS eased past Dr. Samia. Kawanda SS won 59-16 over Dr. Samia from Tanzania.

The defending champions St. Mary’s Boarding School – Kitende easily dispatched their Kenyan opponents Andersen SS in a 61-19 score line.

In the last game of the day, St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana sealed Uganda’s sides victory with a 62-15 win against Tanzania’s Lutozo SS.

Netball continues on 19th August as the search for East Africa’s glory gets more eye catching.
