All is set for yet another memorable boxing night of action as Uganda’s Boxing Champions League week eight of Season Three takes stage.

This Saturday the 31st August at Club Obligato, the boxing fraternity, fans and lovers will be treated to thrilling show as the sport of Boxing continues to take a deliberate shape towards its lost glory days.

With 21 intense bouts on the menu card, the main fight for this weekend is the highly anticipated welterweight clash between Mukwaya Edward and Kasujja Richard.

The self made boxer Kasujja,  with a great reputation, resilience, and positive mind returns to the ring after securing a silver medal in the intermediate ranks in one of the last events that kept boxing fans on tenterhooks.

Besides the main even, there will be several other exciting matchups, including a lightweight welterweight clash between Adinan Yasin and One Jafar, and a bout between Mukkibi Idris and Jamidali Adam.

The other fights on the card are a bantamweight clash between Roy Kisakye and Latifa Gift, a middleweight clash between Ssemambo Ashraf and Mutesasira Ivan, and a lightweight division bout between Kaddu Julius and Sekyejwe Brian.

The gates at Club Obligato will be open by midday as bouts set to box-off at 2pm.
