The sold-out crowd will witness the UCU Lady Canons taking on the KIU Rangers in the opening game, followed by Sommet’s electrifying showdown against the KCCA Panthers in the nightcap.

NBL Committee Chairman Freedricks ‘Freedom’ Owora exudes confidence, predicting the most competitive playoffs ever, with all top eight teams having earned their spots through sheer grit and determination.

“These are going to be the most competitive playoffs ever,” Owora asserts. The playoffs will be hosted at Lugogo and Jaguars Den in Kira, with major sponsors BetPawa and Stanbic backing the event.

The excitement extends beyond the court as fans can enjoy a range of perks.

Stanbic Bank’s Flexipay platform is offering an exclusive 50% discount on tickets for cashless payments, bringing down the ticket price to a mere sh5,000.

“It’s fast, secure, and convenient,” says Faith Byanjeru, Flexipay Ecosystems Manager at Stanbic Uganda.
