Nara promotions launches season four of the Boxing Sweet Science

Uganda’s leading sports promotion company Nara has today 14th August launched season four of the Boxing Sweet Science at YMCA, Wandegeya.

The fight night is scheduled on 7th  September 2024 at YMCA Comprehensive Institute Wandegeya in Kampala.

A night featuring top fighters like Nesta Serunkuma, Ignatius Onyango, Ibra Kabadiya and others will have seven bouts on the menu card.

The highly anticipated Sweet Science Season four event’s main card will be a six (6) rounds duel between Uganda’s Light Heavyweight Onyango Ignatius and Joseph Gihi of Tanzania.

There will be an ABU regional title fight between Herbert Matovu and Ronald Duku. This will be a four round bout.

The seven bouts lineup promises a night of electrifying action, featuring fierce competition across multiple weight classes, with titles and pride on the line.

The ordinary tickets will go for UGX. 20,000, VIP 50,000 and a table will be at UGX. 500,000.

Tickets will be available at selected outlets and through official partners.

Torrero Distillers, Metro FM 90.8, Nara24 FM, Rajan Spices, HnH International Distribution Limited, Lifeline Water and YMCA Comprehensive Institute are the event’s official partners.

  3. Ibra Wasajja aka Kabadiya vs. Kiberu Bashir – Welterweight (4 rounds)
  4. Wasswa Bawa vs. Musens Philly – Super Middleweight (8 rounds)
  5. Haluna Sematire vs. Herbert Mugalula – Middleweight (6 rounds)
  6. Siraje Bukenya (debut) vs. Daudi Chako – Light Heavy (4 rounds)
  7. Kiyaga Enock aka Kampala vs. Male Gerald – Heavyweight (4 rounds).
