GS Ntarama (Rwanda) 0-1 Rays of Grace Junior School (Uganda)

Reigning FEASSSA champions Rays of Grace Junior School launched their title defence for the primary schools section with a 1-0 victory against Groupe Scholaire (GS) Ntarama.

The primary FEASSSA Game was held in Gisagara town, Rwanda on Sunday, 20th August 2023.

 

James Ssekate sent the Njeru School into an early 1-0 lead just five (5) minutes into the first half of game .

 

Rays of Grace will face Rwanda’s GS St Paul Muko on Tuesday, 22nd August 2023 in their next and second tie of the tournament.

GS St Paul Muko white washed a Kenyan by 6-0 in Sunday’s other game to register an emphatic win in their opening fixture.

The primary school section in these FEASSSA games was introduced during the 2019 edition as Tanzanian side Musambwe were crowned champions after overcoming Uganda’s Oasis Annexe Primary School from Arua, West Nile.

Rays of Grace are the reigning champions, having won the championship last year in Arusha city, Tanzania.
