The Uganda Cranes International center half has of recent been linked to a variety of clubs like Vipers SC, St George (Ethiopia) and S.African side CAPE TOWN CITY FC .

The SC Villa skipper was instrumental in the club’s last incredible season when they only bottle the league trophy to winners Vipers SC and runners up KCCA FC on the last day.

They finished 3rd on 51 points behind Vipers SC and KCCA FC in the 1st and second positions respectively when they painfully lost 1-0 to URA FC on the final day at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

Gift Fred’s deal gets done hours after losing the best defender of the season award to Vipers SC man Hillary Mukundane.
