The 2025 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) National Swimming Gala is making waves at Seroma Christian High School in Mukono, featuring 450 talented athletes from 22 schools nationwide.

As the tournament reaches its midpoint, hosts Seroma Christian High are swimming in front, leading the table.

The competition is fierce, with participants showcasing their skills in four strokes: Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Butterfly, across both boys’ and girls’ categories.

The ultimate prize is selection to the 30-member team, including 15 girls, that will represent Uganda at the prestigious Federation of East Africa Schools (FEASSA) Games in Kakamega, Kenya, from August 12th to 23rd, 2025.

Following a notable performance at last year’s FEASSA Games, Uganda’s swimmers are poised to make a splash on the regional stage.
