Bogere names She Cranes Fast 5 travelling squad
She Cranes head coach Nelson Bogere has named the final 15 man squad ahead of the throw-off of the 2024 netball Fast 5 championship. She Cranes head coach Nelson Bogere has named the final 15 man squad ahead of the throw-off of the 2024 netball Fast 5 championship.

The final She Cranes travelling team consists of Margret Bagaala, Joyce Nakibuule, Christine Nakitto, Sandra Nambirige, Shadiah Nasanga, Christine Namulumba.

The others are Falidah Kadondi, Muhameed Hanisha, Irena Eyaru (Captain), Mary Cholok.

The She Cranes will travel to Christchurch, New Zealand next weekend.

The championship will throw off on 9th to 10th November 2024.

Two professional players namely in shooter Mary Nuba and defender Faridah Kadondi who trade their brands in the United Kingdom will join the team in New Zealand.

Under tactician Mugerwa, Uganda finished fifth the recent tournament held last year.

The two day event will have 18 matches played amongst the six countries.

Australia, Jamaica, England, South Africa, New Zealand, and Uganda will compete for supremacy this year.

TRAVELLING SQUAD

Margret Bagaala, Joyce Nakibuule, Christine Nakitto, Sandra Nambirige, Shadiah Nasanga, Christine Namulumba, Falidah Kadondi, Muhameed Hanisha, Irena Eyaru (Captain), Mary Cholok.
