The four-time StarTimes Uganda Premier League champions URA FC will host their first game of the 2024/25 season in the early kick off against Mbarara City at the War Memorial Stadium, Nakivubo.

The tax collectors lost their opening match 1-0 to KCCA FC in the season opener at the Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

Forward Saidi Mayanja scored the only goal of the game as KCCA FC got off to a perfect start to the season.

In the second outing of the season, URA FC made amends with a victory of similar score line away to Soltilo Bright Stars last week.

Hunter Ivan Ahimbisibwe scored the winner as URA FC registered their first win of the season on road to Kavumba.

Against Mbarara City who are winless after losing 4-2 to champions SC Villa and managing just a draw at home to newly promoted Police FC, Alex Isabirye will be desperate to win.

On three points, URA FC sits in the 9th position while Mbarara City are 15th, one place above the bottom on one point.
