Express vs Maroons – 7pm

Express will seek to return to winning ways when they face Maroons FC after their heavy defeat at St. Mary’s Stadium to Vipers SC.

Under floodlights, the Red Eagles will this Saturday evening, the 28th September 2024 lock horns with Prison Warders  at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo.

Express will need the best from striker Sam Ssenyonjo, Alpha Ssali and John Asiimwe to unlock the visitors’ backline commanded by Apollo Kagogwe.

Maroons FC also suffered a slow start to the season with a draw and defeat against UPDF and Wakiso Giants respectively. They come into today’s clash targeting their first win of the campaign.

Sitting in the 14th position with a single point so far, they occupy a slot in the relegation zone and need to start picking points.

Former Express youngster Ivan Mayanja, veteran forward Solomon Walusimbi, Ronald Orombi and Jackson Nunda must bring their game to the fore if they are to leave Nakivubo with a decent result.
