With just three days left to the kick of the 21st edition of the Federation of East Africa Schools Sports Association (FEASSA) Games set to be held in Bukedea, the draws for boys and girls football were held at the USSSA office on a cold Monday afternoon.

Uganda’s girls football National and FEASSA reigning champions Kawempe Muslim Secondary School were pooled in Group A.

The group also has the 2022 National and FEASSA champions St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana, Nyakach Girls High School (Kenya), GS Remera Rukoma Kamonyi (Rwanda) and St Joseph’s Girls’ Kitale (Kenya).

Group B is composed of Butere Girls High School (Kenya), Alliance SS (Tanzania), Tanzanite SS (TANZANIA).

The group also has Uganda’s first runners up Rines SS and the 2023 National champions who are also hosts Amus College School.

In boys football, USSSA reigning champions, St Julian High School were pooled in the same group  with the losing finalists and the co-hosting School, Amus College.

Ape Rugunga Nyarugenge (Rwanda), Musingu High School (Kenya) and Kalangala SS (Tanzania) are the other in group B.

Defending champions St Mary’s Boarding Secondary School Kitende were drawn against host side Bukedea Comprehensive School in Group A.

The group also host two Kenyan sides St. Joseph’s Boys Kitale, a female coached and buoyant Highway SS and Benjamin Mkapa SS of Tanzania.

The games are slated to commence on 16th and climax on 27th  August 2024.
