Giants Buddo and Kawanda Secondary School two others (Ahmadiyya and Hamdan) have hit the semi-final stage at the ongoing Buganda Schools Sports Netball championship at Kawanda.

To reach the semi-finals, Buddo SS beat St. Francis by 41-21, whilst, Kawanda won Kajjansi Progressive 32-15 respectively in the quarter-finals to storm semi-finals.

The most contested tie of the stage was between Ahmadiyya and Greenlight. Ahmadiyya won by two in a 26-24 score.

Hamdan beat Kakungulu Memorial 37-24 to advance.

In the semi-finals, Buddo SS will lock horns with Ahmadiyya whilst the host Kawanda SS face Hamdan.

The semi-finals and finals will be held on Saturday, the 16th  of March at Kawanda Secondary School Grounds.

Buganda Premier Charles Peter Mayiga together with other Kingdom dignitaries will grace the finals.
