Janan Schools 0 (5-4) 0 Kawempe Royal 

Uganda Martyrs High School – Lubaga convincingly won 3-1 over Kisubi Mapeera in the round of 16 to reach quarter-finals.

Emanuel Eneka, Joel Ssembatya and Charles Lwanga were on target for the Lubaga based school.

In the other tie, Greenlight Islamic School-Nansana eliminated St. Francis Busunjju by 6-5 after penalties following a normal time goalless draw.

Greenlight custodian Jovan Ssembatya heroic moment saved Ali Wasswa’s sport kick to send the Nansana based side to the quarter-final stage.

Meanwhile, the Zana based Standard High School beat Royal Giant Mityana 4-3 in penalties to seal a slot in the quarters.

The Sulaiman Mutyaba coached Zana played for a goalless draw in the normal time.

Elsewhere, Janan went through after beating Kawempe Royal College 5-4 Janan Schools penalties. The open play ended 0-0.

The other four round of 16 ties, quarter-finals and semi-finals will be played on Wednesday at Kawanda Secondary School.

Kawanda SS face Kajjansi Progressive, Cityland lock horns with Mengo SS, Nile High School up against Lubiri SS and St. Mbuga will entertain St. Andrew Kaggwa Gombe.
