Della Tore Football Academy were crowned champions for boys football of Luweero sub-region qualifiers of Uganda Youth Football Associations (UYFA).

The U15 UYFA finalists (Della Tore) will feature at the U13 National League championship in Mbarara set for December this year.

The Kasaala based academy won the Round Robbin championship unbeaten, having defeated Wakataayi Football Academy by 1-0.

They went ahead to win 3-1 against Youthpath before their goalless draw against Talent Platform in the final game.

Della Tore Football Academy garnered seven (7) points to win the championship.

In the second position was Talent Platform on five (5), Youthpath and Wakataayi had two points each in the 3rd and fourth positions respectively.

Noah Muwanguzi of Della Tore Football Academy was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) whilst……..was the top scorer.
