USSSA National Ball Games II Netball Championship Draws Re-conducted

The 2025 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) National Ball Games II Netball championship draws have been re-conducted this afternoon at St. Peter’s College in Tororo, following an unexpected surge in participating teams from 80 to 92.

The revised draws have grouped the teams into sixteen categories, with some groups comprising 5 teams and others 6.

 

The tournament, which will throw off tomorrow, July 11th, and run until July 19th, promises to be an exciting event, with top teams vying for the championship title.

Defending champions St. Mary’s Boarding Secondary School-Kitende have been pitted in Group A alongside strong contenders such as Jinja SS, Kibatsi, and Kyotera Parents.

Other notable teams include last year’s finalists Buddo SS, who have been placed in Group P alongside Mbale SS, Nyamweru, and Mengo SS.

National Rally reigning champions St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana are in Group D, facing stiff competition from Boston High School, WOB SS, and Sacred Heart.
