KCC FC visit UPDF FC on match day seven of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League 2022/23 at Bombo Military Barracks Grounds with a fourth win in their sight.

UPDF FC has won one game this term, drawn twice, and lost thrice in the League.

KCCA FC has won thrice and lost twice in the league this term. The 13 times Uganda Premier League Champions are yet to win a game away from home.

KCCA FC were 4-1 winners to Blacks Power FC in the previous league game last Saturday at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo while UPDF FC lost 3-0 to Arua Hill SC.

According to KCCA FC head coach Morley Byekwaso, his charges are ready to collect maximum points against UPDF FC.

“We have a good record against UPDF but it is not about the history. What matters is how we shall perform against UPDF. They are home and will want to get back to winning ways.”

“But we are very set to face them, we want to get our first win on the road and we have prepared well to get that.”

“We will miss Majwega due to illness but we have Mayanja Saidi back in the squad from suspension. Shaban, Obenchan, and Jurua are ruled out,” he noted.

In the last 6 meetings between both sides, KCCA FC has won four times while UPDF FC has not won a game. Both sides have shared spoils twice.
