Record league winners SC Villa and newly promoted MYDA face off today, 13th February 2021 at Military grounds in Bombo in the Uganda Premier League.

This will be the first meeting between the two sides as MYDA seek to win a top division game this season.
MYDA have managed a draw which came in a 3-3 thriller against Mbarara City from five games.

The Jogoos come into today’s tie with confidence to continue their perfect home run this season following their two convincing wins against Mbarara City and KCCA FC.
Villa hunt for their third win of the season that can move them into the top five places on the UPL table.

MYDA who currently sit in the 9th position will face Villa who have had a moderate start in the season, losing two games, a perfect home run that saw them win their two encounters against KCCA FC and Mbarara City at Bombo.

MYDA’s defence is the weakest department, being among the most conceding side in the league.
SC Villa will heavily bank onto Isaac Ogwang and Emmanuel Wasswa for goals.

The new additions to the squad, Sadam Masereka and Ronald Francis Olaki who had impressive shows in the previous trainings are expected to have their debuts today.

The jogoo will miss Gavin Kizito who is at national duties with the Hippos at the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations and Fahad Bardiro who is out of the squad.
