It will be a repeat of the 48th edition quarter final as BUL hosts SC Villa in the early kick off at FUFA Technical Center Njeru.

BUL FC won that quarter final 2-1 in extra time and went on to emerge champions after defeating Vipers SC 3-1 in Masindi.

Alex Isabirye the BUL FC manager anticipates a good game depending on their opponents performance in the Uganda Premier League,

“It is going to be a good game to watch because the opponents have improved so much this season and are playing well,” Isabirye said before adding.

“They are a historical club in Uganda and this very tournament because they are one of the teams that have won it the most times.”

“We respect them but we are ready to battle them and we have trained for a couple of days now with all our minds focused on tomorrow’s game,”Isabirye added

Jack Magera the head coach SC Villa anticipates a tough tie but believes if the go on and defeat the defending champions they can become champions,

“They are the defending champions that is enough to make it a tough game but it is also motivation because if you win such tournaments you have to beat the best teams.”

The previous meeting between the two sides was a UPL tie that ended 1-0 in favor of BUL in Njeru.

BUL FC eliminated Buganda Regional League side Free Stars FC 1-0 to make it to this round.
