It was pay back time at Kavumba Recreation grounds as Police FC defeated Big League table leaders NEC FC 1-0.

Emmanuel Mugume scored the sole goal in the 37th minute that helped Angello Lonyesi’s charges to get all the three points

Despite defeat NEC FC remain on top of the table on 33 points same as second placed Police FC with a superior goal difference.

Lugazi FC and Ndejje University played to a one all draw at Arena of Vision in Ndejje.

Kipa Luwalo was the goal scorer for Ndejje University while Lugazi FC’s goal was scored by Umari Mihinzi Mbusa.

Enock Kabugo scored in Luweero United FC’s 1-0 victory against bottom placed Northern Gateway

Sabir Edema was on target in Soroti City FC’s 1-0 victory against fellow strugglers Kaaro Karungi FC.

Match day 17 will continue with the Bunyoro derby tomorrow Friday 17th at Kigaya grounds between Kitara FC and rivals Booma FC
