Police Football Club have further strengthened their fold after a 3 year contract extension by team skipper Joseph Ssentume running till 2023.

He becomes the 8th player to renew his contract following colleagues Yusuf Ssozi aka Sufbin Ssozy , Rukundo Denis , Johnson Odong ,Edward Kiryowa, Mubaraka Nsubuga ,Musa Matovu and Bashir Kabuye.

The above players will team up with new signings who include Uganda Cranes midfielder Tony MawejjeTony Mawejje, Hassan Muhamood, Tom Ikara, Sammon Oloka, Muwadda Mawejje, Derrick Ochan, Eric Ssenjobe, Arnold Ssembuya, Frank Zaga, and Duncan Sseninde as the 2005 Uganda premier league champions plan for a return to glory days.
