SIA International Academy continued their impressive start to the Buganda Region Women football league with a 1-0 win over Kyadondo United WFC.

Forward Suzan Nabyonga’s strike was enough to seal the win for SIA, who are now top of the Mayanja Group with six points in two matches.

Nabyonga’s goal took her tally to three goals in two games, and she will be looking to continue her form in the upcoming matches.

Suzan Nabyonga scored a brace, in SIA International Academy’s 4-1 win over Kick It Women at Kabojja Grounds in the league opener, marking the team’s impressive start to the league.

Her performance in the league so far has been impressive, and she will be a key player for SIA International Academy.

SIA is currently top of Mayanja Group with six points in two matches played.

Other Matches

In other matches, Kick It Women won 3-0 against Hillside Lionesses, while She STAHIZA registered a slim 2-1 win over Alpha Queens FC.

Golden Impact also secured a 3-0 win against Kakungulu High Ladies, and Kangulumira Public and Latifah Queen WFC shared spoils in a four-goal thriller.

In the Kyoga Group, Hopeful Future registered a hard-fought 2-1 win over Luweero Star Cranes, lifting them to the top of the table with six points. Luweero Star Cranes dropped to second with three points.
