Former Onduparaka, Wakiso Giants and Mbarara City FC tactician Charles Livingstone Mbabazi has been sacked at Kyetume FC.

Mbabazi’s sacking comes two days after his coached Kyetume lost 3-1 to Mbarara City in Mbarara.
It is reported that Alex Isabirye Musongola has taken over on the role of care taker to replace Livingstone Mbabazi.

The development means Alex Isabirye will be in charge of his first game on return to Kyetume FC tomorrow as they face SC Villa on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.

Mbabazi has had a poor run of results, leaving Kyetume FC 11th on table with 11 points from 10 games.

There has been a sour relationship between Mbabazi and the club’s technical director Jackson Mayanja which was inevitable for one of the two to leave the system.

Isabirye has previously coached URA FC, Soana FC (currently Tooro United), Horseed Football Club in Somalia, Nyamityobora and Buganda Province in the Drum tournament.
