James Jarieko becomes Onduparaka’s first signing

Midfielder James Jarieko has become Onduparaka’s first new addition this transfer window.

This was confirmed on Monday after after Jarieko put pen to paper a two-year employment contract from Paidha Black.

Jarieko, a 17-year old played for both Paidha Black Angels JT and BUL JT in the FUFA Junior League.

At Paidha, he netted 18 goals in 21 games while at BUL, he had 16 goals in 13 games.

He has also featured of the Uganda U17 team in the past few years.

He becomes the Catteepillars first new addition this window after the Club let go of more than 15 players from their squad early on the window that include
Austine Opoka Atiino, Hakim Magombe, Najib Tusaba Gwaidho, Mukiibi Ali, Amis Muwonge, Akoch Augustine, Shaban Wasswa, Denis Andama, Ajobe Mahdi, Moses Okot, Agaba Oscar, Kabon Living and Mohammed Kyeline.

Onduparaka finished 12th on the log last season with only 28 points garnered in 26 games.
