Kawempe Muslim Ladies beat Makerere University WFC 1-0 to cement their stay at the table summit of group A of the FUFA Women Super League.

A goal by young star Allen Nasaazi in the 19th minute was enough for Kawempe Muslim to strengthen her knockout hopes amidst a tight group.
Allen Nasaazi’s goal today against Makerere extended her tally to three to become the leading goals scorer.

Makerere University’s loss to giants Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC extended their winless run to three games.
The educationists have lost all the three games in so far as traced from a 1-0 loss against Uganda Martyrs LWFC and Tooro Queens respectively and today’s 1-0 against Kawempe.

On the other hand, Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC have won their third game of the four outings.
In the opener, the four time champions Kawempe white washed Kampala Queens by 4-1 and lost 1-0 to Uganda Martyrs WFC before they bounced back with a 2-0 win against Tooro Queens in the third game.

Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC missed three key players in star forward Juliet Nalukenge, defenders Stella Musibika and Asia Nakibula who all left the Njeru camp to Kawempe for National final “A Level” exams.

Adeke Juliet (GK), Samalie Nakacwa, Shakira Nankwanga, Aisha Nantongo ©, Suzan Nalukoda, Nanziri Rhoda, Sharon Nadunga, Shakira Nyinagahirwa, Allen Nasaazi, Hadijjah Nandago, Margret Kunihira.
