Seven Qualities To Be Considered As Seeta United Search For Mbalangu’s Replacement

The Buganda Regional league side, Seeta United put seven qualities, Hussein Mbalangu’s replacement should hold before acquiring the job.

On Tuesday 29th October 2020, Seeta United officially announced the departure of their 2019/20 season head coach, Hussein Mbalangu who was unveiled on Monday as big League side, Arua Hill FC tactician and left a vacuum at Seeta United’s technical team.

Now the side has thrown in invitation to any interested coach to take up the task but with at least seven qualities listed in their communication.

Following the departure of our head coach Mr. Hussein Mbalangu who was unveiled on Monday 28th September 2020, as the Head Coach at FUFA Big League side Arua Hills FC, Seeta Utd Fc hereby invites suitably qualified candidates for the job of the Head Coach at the Club.” the document party reads.

Among the qualities, the tactician must be at least of CAF C coaching license, minimum of three years coaching experience, and result oriented.

INVITATION FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE JOB OF HEAD COACH AT SEETA UNITED FC

Following the departure of our head coach Mr. Hussein Mbalangu who was unveiled on Monday 28th September 2020, as the Head Coach at FUFA Big League side Arua Hills FC, Seeta Utd Fc hereby invites suitably qualified candidates for the job of the Head Coach at the Club.

The candidate must;

1. Hold a minimum of CAF C coaching licence.

2. Have a minimum of 3 years’ coaching experience.

3. Be result oriented.

4. Have good interpersonal and man management skills.

5. Have a good integrity and professional record.

6. Be willing and able to take up more training opportunities to enhance improve his coaching knowledge, skills and expertise.

7. Be a good mentor and leader.

The Head Coach’s main role is to drive the Club to registering sporting success in line with the its Strategic Plan.

Applications should be sent online to the club official email address seetaufc@gmail.com not later than 6th October 2020.

In the previous season, Seeta United finished seventh on the log of Ssezibwa group.
