Wakiso Hills Women Football Club would be another serious side to watch come 2020/21 FUFA Women Elite league season basing on their presence in current transfer market.
The side that had a poor previous season, confirmed Namubiru Sharuwa aka Mata as their third signing of the season.
The 19-year old goal poacher revealed the reason as to why she decided to join Wakiso Hills.
“Wakiso Hills is a big great club in Uganda’s women football.” Mata said in signing for the Maya based side.
“This team will help me to fulfill my targets like playing at national team and even abroad. I expect to score at least ten plus goals come next season and fans should expect the best out of me.” Confident Namubiru Sharuwa revealed.
The former Kakindu Parents School striker joined the crop of Naiga Patricia and Nagawa Dianah who signed for Kamya Swale coached side last week.
According to their targets, Wakiso Hills management want the team to storm super league come 2021/22 season.
It’s not yet revealed when women football will return.
