URA FC head coach Sam Timbe has warned his players to avoid complacency ahead of their game against Solitilo Bright Stars.

The tax collectors will travel to Kavumba Recreational Grounds this Tuesday, February 1st to lock horns with Solitilo Bright Stars.

Timbe has therefore highlighted the importance of approaching this game with the right mindset and high spirits following their most recent upturn of results.

“It is important that we approach the game with this good mindset. We won our previous game in the Uganda Cup convincingly and I hope we can build on that against a good side,” Timbe said.

“The performance was good in Zombo most importantly and we need to carry this into the league. It has to start against our opponents on Tuesday evening.”

“I am aware of our struggles against Bright Stars last season, we failed to win against them the entire season and this has to change this time around.”

In the last five meetings between both sides, URA won the same games as Bright Stars.

There have been a total of sixteen games played between both sides since 2013. URA have the lion share of wins with six, Bright Stars only count two while the balance is registered as draws.
