The StarTimes Uganda Premier League side Soltilo Bright Stars FC have confirmed the signing of central Midfielder Matthias Lothar Okwalinga.

Okwalinga has been out of the country for study reasons.

“Welcome to SOLTILO Bright Stars FC Matthias Lothar Okwalinga,” Bright Stars posted on their social media account.

He previously played for Hope FC and featured in Guinness Football Tournament.

Okwalinga joins Japanese Midfielder Kazuto Kushida, Goalkeeper Hassan Matovu, Cleophas Fiat and Meddie Kyeyune who also signed for the Kawempe based side in this window.
