The Contingent of 25 players will depart to Cameroon on Monday afternoon (3pm).
The Pre-CHAN tournament involving Cameroon, Niger and Zambia will run between 1st and 7th January 2021.

However, long serving goalkeeping coach Fred Kajjoba who was suspended from the camp will not travel with the team to Yaoundé despite a meeting held between him and FUFA president Moses Magogo, CEO Edgar Watson and head Jonathan Mcknistry yesterday evening at Kabira Country Club.

Former Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Sadiq Wassa has been named to replace Kajjoba.

Midfield maestro Tony Mawejje has cut into the final traveling squad despite being dropped in the previous cranes engagement against South Sudan in the AFCON qualifiers.
