The established order held firm as Wakiso District’s netball heavyweights—St. Noa Girls’ Secondary School, Buddo Secondary School, St. Mary’s Kitende, and Kawanda Secondary School—all advanced to the quarter-finals of the National Rally in commanding fashion.

Defending champions St. Noa Girls’ Secondary School delivered a statement performance in the Round of 16, dismantling Kaddugala B 24–7 with clinical precision.

Their dominance underlined their status as title favourites as they marched confidently into the last eight.

Great contenders Buddo Secondary School, meanwhile, were pushed to the limit in a tense encounter against Nile Citizens.

Displaying composure under pressure, Buddo edged the contest 12–11 to secure progression, setting up what promises to be a blockbuster quarter-final clash.

St. Mary’s Kitende navigated arguably the most high-profile fixture of the round, overcoming Baptist High School 16–12 in a game that lived up to its billing.

Their tactical discipline and experience proved decisive in sealing a deserved victory.

Kawanda Secondary School also impressed, dispatching Victoria 16–9 with authority to confirm their place among the final eight contenders.

Elsewhere, Kaddugala A emerged victorious in a fiercely contested Masaka derby, narrowly defeating Masaka Secondary School 11–10.

Hamdan Islamic saw off Kisozi High School 22–19 in a competitive duel, while St. Mary’s registered a 17–14 win over Nile Citizens A.

St. Charles Kasasa progressed via walkover against Light College Katikamu.

With the quarter-final bracket now confirmed, attention shifts to a series of compelling matchups.

Defending champions St. Noa will face Kaddugala A, while St. Mary’s Kitende take on their young sisters St. Mary’s in a contest laced with familiarity and rivalry.
