Match day nine of the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women’s Super League wraps up on Sunday with two high‑stakes fixtures.

At Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku, the female Jogoos of St Noa GFC will host Uganda Martyrs H/S WFC—a first‑ever meeting in the top tier, though the two institutions have clashed repeatedly in school championships.

Earlier this year, St Noa triumphed 3‑1 in the USSSA Elite Championship semi‑final at Mpigi Police Grounds.

Riding a wave of form after back‑to‑back away wins (2‑0 vs Olila High and 4‑0 vs Asubo Ladies FC), the Belles sit fourth with 12 points from eight games.

Uganda Martyrs, 10th with five points and a –6 goal difference, have recorded one win, two draws and four losses; their goal‑difference problem persists.

A win would lift St Noa to 15 points, consolidating fourth place.

In the other marquee clash, Kampala Queens FC will host She Corporate FC at MTN Omondi Stadium.

The Queens aim to bounce back from a heartbreaking 2‑0 defeat to She Maroons in Luzira last weekend.

Since their 2021 title showdown—when She Corporate edged the league on goal difference—a fierce rivalry has blossomed.

Both teams sit level on 17 points, with Kampala holding the higher position.

Kampala Queens will feel the absence of league top‑scorer Kamiyati Naigaga, who is sidelined by injury, but winger Catherine Nagadya returns from suspension.

She Corporate, often questioned for lack of intent in big games, will look to exploit Queens’ vulnerabilities—long balls, aerial duels and high‑line defending—with their attacking trio of Jesca Namanda, Sandra Kisakye and Rebecca Nakato.
