After a disappointing show over the two leg CAF champions league encounter against Sudan’s Al Hilal Omdurman, Vipers SC will start Uganda Premier League title defence on the road to Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso against Wakiso Giants.

Vipers SC lost to Al Hilal Omdurman on a 2-0 aggregate score to see continental exit after a uniform 1-all defeat in two legs.

However, Fred Kajoba’s camp might be excited with the return of athletic forward  Mohammad Shaban who has been out due to a long term knee injury.

Mohammad Shaban will have his first appearance for Vipers SC if selected tomorrow since he joined last year.

His return may be a hope for goal scoring options since Milton Karisa, Manzoiki and Daniel Sserunkuma failed to deliver in the club’s previous games.

Wakiso Giants come into her third fixture of the season seeking for first win following 0-0 with Police and 2-2  draws with Kyetume in the first and second games of the 2020/21 season.

The two sides will be meeting for the third time in the league with Vipers boosting with a win and a draw.

Vianey Ssekajugo who hasn’t featured for the club (Wakiso Giants) this season together with Pius Kaggwa will have their return to boost Bamweyana’s squad.
