Wakiso Giants have confirmed the signing of attacking midfielder Vicent Zziwa from Eastern giants BUL FC.

The offensive midfielder joins Wakiso giants on a two year employment contract, keeping him at the club till 2026.

“Wakiso Giants FC is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Zziwa Vicent, an offensive midfielder from BUL FC, on a two-year contract.

Vicent, known for his experience and flair, previously played for Busoga United before his tenure at BUL FC”. Partly reads a statement on the club’s official website.

“Renowned for his creativity and attacking skills, Zziwa Vicent is a valuable addition to the Wakiso Giants squad. His expertise in controlling the midfield and generating scoring opportunities is expected to significantly boost the team’s performance and add a new strategic dimension to our play”.

Coach Steven Bengo expressed his excitement over Vicent’s arrival, stating, “Zziwa is an outstanding player with exceptional vision and technical prowess. His experience in the Ugandan Premier League will be crucial, and I eagerly anticipate his contributions to our team. I’m confident he will be a key player for us this season”.

This signing is part of Wakiso Giants FC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the squad for the upcoming 2024/2025 season.
