As the football life peeping to come back to normal on Uganda, Women football clubs are now very active in transfer market ahead of new season.

FUFA Women Elite league club, Rines SS WFC heat the transfer market with a duo signing of youngsters in Abiko Brenda (15-year old defender),Joseline Iracha (Striker) both from AZTEKS soccer Academy.

Iracha a 16-year old striker signed a four-year agreement with the Wakiso based school/Club that will keep her until 2024 and she is confident that she will utilize the chance handed to her to score goals

“I am going to score goals of double figures and make sure we play top tier football next season.” She confidently affirmed.

Bright Nyanzi, the Rines SS WFC head coach is optimistic the duo will kick start the club’s ultimate mission of attaining promotion to the top-flight league.

“We are looking forward to being promoted to the top tier league next season and we had to do some recruitment, we are done with two players but already agreed with six other players and with the right time, we will communicate.”

Rines SS WFC finished fourth on the Elizabeth Group, a slot below the coveted promotion playoff berth with 11 points as the FUFA Women Elite League season was prematurely ended due to the pandemic.
