Matchday nine of the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League saw three exciting matches on Saturday.

Rines SS WFC edged out She Corporate 1-0 in Wakiso, moving them to fourth on the table. Amus College secured a narrow 1-0 win over She Maroons, maintaining their third-place position. Tooro Queens celebrated their first victory of the season, defeating Wakiso Hill WFC 2-0.

In Wakiso, Phiona Arach scored the only goal, earning Rines SS WFC three crucial points.

She Corporate created several chances but failed to find the back of the net.

Before the break, Jasmeen Nalukwago’s effort was superbly saved by goalkeeper Molly Nava.

Phiona Arach’s 70th-minute strike sealed the win for Rines, marking She Corporate’s third loss of the season.

Amus College defeated She Maroons 1-0 at home, thanks to Shalyne Opisa’s lone strike.

This win keeps Amus College third on the table, just two points behind leaders Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC.

Tooro Queens enjoyed their first win of the season, beating Wakiso Hill WFC 2-0, with goals from Imelda Kasemire and Evelyn Katusabe.

The match between Tooro Queens and Wakiso Hill WFC was relocated from Buhinga to Kings Oyo Sports Complex due to poor field conditions.

Wakiso Hill WFC remains winless and in the relegation zone.

The final match of matchday nine will be played on Sunday, with Lady Doves hosting She Makerere FC in Masindi.
