Wakiso Giants FC midfielder Titus Tito Ssematimba has been nominated for the Pilsner UPL player of the month of November award following his good performance during the month.

Despite being in his maiden top flight league season, Ssematimba put up good performances for the Purple Sharks in the month of November.

He scored four goals, netting a brace each against SC Villa at Kavumba and Tooro United at Kabaka Kyabaggu.

Ssematimba will compete with URA FC pair of Steven Mukwala and Cromwel Rwothomio who were also in top form for the tax collectors.

Mukwala scored five goals and assisted one in the month of November. He scored four against Tooro United and one against BUL FC.

The former Maroons forward also registered two assists each against Tooro United and Vipers as he summed up a fruitful month.

Rwothomio on the other hand scored three goals, one each against Arua Hill, Tooro United and Vipers.

Meanwhile, for the coach of the month award, KCCA’S head coach Morley Byekwaso and Vipers SC Robertinho Oliveira will be battling with Wakiso Giants’ Alex Gitta.
