Vipers SC maintained their solid start to the season when they registered a 2-0 win against Bright Stars at St. Mary’s Stadium Kitende on Wednesday evening.

Striker Ceaser Manzoki and substitute Jamil Kalisa scored second half goals to give the StarTimes Uganda Premier League table leaders a much-needed win.

Manzoki sloted home in the 64th minute following an initial delivered cross from the right flank.

Substitute who replaced Yunus Ssentamu the completed it in style when he scored a decent goal after Shaban’s donkey work.

Vipers returned to the top of the league table with their 8th victory in 11 matches as they have now fetched 27 points, two ahead of second placed Express.
