Kampala Galaxy Soccer Academy 1-0 Della Tore Football Academy

Kampala Galaxy Soccer Academy have won the 2023 U15 UYFA National League championship.

The Nakawa based academy won 1-0 over the home side Della Tore Soccer Academy. The tie was held at Kosovo Grounds in Luweero, Kasana.

Sadik Ssekalaala scored the only goal of the game to win the day.

Della Tore stunned Rays of Grace Academy by 5-4 after penalties following a goalless draw in the normal time.

Kampala Galaxy Soccer Academy won 7-6 after penalties over Budondo in the Semi-final stage to reach final.

The Semi-final ties were held at Kosovo Grounds in Luweero, Kasana on Saturday, 2nd of September.

Budondo had earlier beaten Paorihner 5-4 in penalties. The two sides played for a goalless draw in the normal time of the quarter-final stage.

Kampala Galaxy Soccer Academy reached semis after beating Spot the Talent by 1-0 in the second quarter-final of the day.

 

Hamza Bukenya scored Kampala Galaxy’s goal.

Meanwhile, it was a 4-1 penalties win for Della Tore against Volf Soccer Academy in the third (3rd) quarter-final to storm semi-final.

The normal play ended goalless as both sides failed to find the back of the net.
The final between the two sides will be played on Sunday 3rd September at Kosovo Grounds in Luweero, Kasana.
