Vipers Sports Club will be looking to maintain themselves on the top of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League top of the table clash against side URA FC on Saturday March 13th at the Arena of Visions.

The two sides are currently tied on 30 points but Vipers is on the top of the table with a better goal difference.

Vipers enter this game after their 3-0 victory against SC Villa while URA FC edged Police FC 2-0 last time out.

The two sides will be meeting for the 31st time in Uganda’s league history since 2006 when the Venoms joined the top flight division.

Vipers  have won 6, drawn 11 and lost 13 with a return of 29 goals against 39 which gives the Sam Ssimbwa coached side an upper hand entering this game.

When the two sides met at the Arena of Visions last season, it ended3-1 in the hands of URA FC courtesy of Saidi Kyeyune, Daniel Isiagi and Cromwell Rwothomio strikes. Vipers’ consolation came through Fahad Bayo.

In the previous five matches hosted by URA, Vipers have won once, two draws and URA FC have won two times in the process.
