The forward joins from Wakiso Giants and has signed a contract of two years

Before joining Wakiso Giants Kimbowa had played for Busoga United

The other ten new signings at the Tax Collectors are Enock Walusimbi, John Kisolo Innocent, Rodgers Omedwa, Norman Namanya, Denis Otim, Ibrahim Wammanah, Moses Aliro, Denis Kisiriko, Amis Bwangani and Godfrey Sekibengo

The club also released 11 players among these are goalkeepers Hannington Ssebwalunyo and Yusuf Wasswa.

The others are Salim Abudallah, Micheal Lubowa, Kabon Living, Benjamin Nyakoojo, Patrick Matovu, Paul Mbowa, Kokas Alou and George Ssenkaba

Goalkeeper coach Swaibu Ssebagala and Mukasa Robert joined also the Tax Collectors Technical team, Mukasa serves as the second assistant head coach
