URA Football Club unveils Ivan Ahimbisibwe

URA Football Club have officially unveiled Ivan Ahimbisibwe as their latest signing.

Ahimbisibwe joins the Tax Collectors from fellow UPL side UPDF FC on a two years employment contract.

He is a former player of Buganda Region League side Synergy, Nyamityobora FC and Mbarara City FC.

In the previous two seasons with UPDF Ahimbisibwe managed to score ten goals in each.

He joins other recruits goalkeepers Rodgers Omedwa and Denis Otim, Ibrahim Wammanah, Amis Bwangani, Godfrey Sekibengo, Norman Namanya, John Kisolo Innocent, Moses Aliro and Enock Walusimbi.

URA FC will face off with KCCA FC in the rescheduled match of the semi final of the Super eight.

The game had to be played on Sunday 20th August but was postponed after the sudden death of URA FC head coach Sam Timbe

Timbe was laid to rest on Monday 21st.
