KCCA FC and Police FC have shared spoils at an entertaining encounter at MTN-Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on Friday evening.

Police who were the visitors at Lugogo despite the stadium being their home ground took an early lead courtesy of former KCCA FC player Muwadda Mawejje in the 13 minute.

Mawejje tapped Muluuli’s pass following Duncan Sseninde’s cross after dribbling past KCCA’s Gift Ali and Peter Magambo.

Lwanga Charles should have restored the parity but his shot whistled off the upright in the 37 minute.

KCCA FC equalized in the 72 minute when Sadat Anaku floated in the air to meet Kato Samuel cross and headed straight in the back of the net to draw the tie level.

Anukani Bright should have won the game for KCCA FC but the midfielder fluffed his chance over the bar with the goal keeper to beat in the 81st minute.

After a draw, KCCA FC now have 27 points from 14 games while Police is now on 25 points.

The 13 times Champions play Vipers SC on Wednesday 17th March in game day 15 at St. Mary’s Stadium Kitende.
