Defending champions Vipers SC will face Rugarama FC. Vipers SC powered past Lugazi with a 2-1 win in the previous round.

Nine time holders and Uganda Premier League record holder SC. Villa were drawn to Synergy.

The Jogoos beat SC Tawai to progress to this round.
Ten time winners KCCA FC will lock horns with FUFA Big League side Jinja North FC.

KCCA FC eliminated Admin FC with a 2-0 victory to storm the round of 32 stage.
Busei FC who eliminated Maroons FC paired up with FUFA Big League table leaders Police FC.

In the other ties, Kitara FC will face off with Gadafi, Nsambya paired Pajule and Blacks Power will host Soltilo Bright Stars FC.

All games will be played between between 14th – 21st of February 2024.
