Following defeat at Express FC, Wakiso Giants return to action on Tuesday when we host Soltilo Bright Stars at Wakissha.

Wakiso Giants enter this game targeting nothing other than three points from Tuesday’s encounter.

The visitors have proved a tough nut to crack in the previous meetings and the Purple Sharks will be aiming to pick their first victory over the visiting Stars.

Simon Mugerwa’s charges won their last outing and will come into the game full on confidence.

According to Wakiso Giants head coach Alex Gitta, their focus is now to pick three points following their defeat against Express FC.

“What happened in our previous game against Express is now behind us,” Gitta said.

“We set out to get all points in November but so far lost three but have a chance to get at least nine if we win tomorrow.”

“The players’ attitudes are fine and we believe we can get three points against a tough side that is desperate for points as well.”

George Kaddu remains out as he serves his long ban, Edward Satulo returns from suspension while captain Hassan Ssenyonjo returned to training last week and could be available for selection.

This will be fifth league meeting between Wakiso Giants and Soltilo Bright Stars. The previous four have ended in 3 draws and one win for Bright Stars.
