Express FC assistant coach James Odoch claims that their win against BUL FC is a big boost for them moving forward.

The Red Eagles picked up their first win in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with a 1-0 victory away to BUL FC on Tuesday afternoon at the Kyabazinga stadium in Bugembe courtesy of Yaya Mahad Kakooza strike.

According to Odoch, it was a well calculated victory and it will be huge boost for the club going forward.

“We had planned for the win today, our strategy last season was to always score first and today we did just that,” Odoch said.

“We hope this continues in the next games but overall this is huge for boosting our confidence, we had lost two straight league games so this win definitely boosts us going forward”.

The win took the Red Eagles to 10th spot on the log and their next game will be at home on Saturday October 30th against Vipers SC.
