All the two games played on Wednesday ended in stalemates in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League at two different venues.

Tooro United played to a one-all stalemate with SC Villa while Arua Hill and BUL FC settled for a two-all stalemate.

Bottom side Tooro United and 11th placed SC Villa, plus top six side, Arua Hill and BUL, third from below, all remained in their respective positions.

Tooro needed a 55th minute penalty by Senoga Mohammed to rescue a point from visiting SC Villa in the 1-1 draw at Buhinga Stadium in Fort Portal.

Benard Agele had given Villa a third minute lead after being teed on by Davis Sekaja but the Jogoos failed to hold onto the lead.

Villa are 11th on 18 points from as many games, while Tooro are bottom with only nine points.

In West Nile, it was a pendulum bob between hosts Arua Hill and BUL as the two sides settled for a 2-2 draw.

Karim Ndugwa gave the guests a 16th minute lead but Samuel Sekamatte levelled for Arua Hill 10 minutes later.

Gaddafi Wahab then put the hosts, Arua Hill, ahead for the first time on 45 minutes and were headed for all three points, but Simon Oketch rescued one for BUL late on.
