KCCA FC and SC Villa played to a goalless draw in Kampala derby held at the Omondi Stadium in Lugogo on Saturday.

The Jogoos entered this game after going seven games without a win.

However, they put up a spirited performance in a game that attracted a number of fans from both sides.

It was a disappointing result for KCCA who had a chance to go level on points with Vipers.

The Venoms lost 1-0 earlier on Friday against struggling Tooro United.

SC Villa finished with a man down after left back Joseph Kafumbe was sent off in the second half.

The result left KCCA FC second on the table with 41 points two points below current leaders Vipers.

Meanwhile, SC Villa is now on 19 points in the 12th position after 20 games played.
